What do I do if I suffered a psychological injury at work? Psychological cases have different requirements than physical injuries.

To prove that a psychological injury occurred at work, an injured worker must also establish that the work-related incident  was significant contributing factor to the psychological injury. Determining a work incident is a significant contributing factor is based on the opinion of a treating psychiatrist.
